ICAIBD 2019 | 第二届人工智能与大数据国际会议

 ICAIBD 2019 (The 2nd International Conference on Artificial Intelligence and Big Data) was successfully held in Chengdu Tibet Hotel on May 25 to May 28. It is jointly organized by Sichuan Province Computer Federation and Sichuan University, China. And Assisted by University of Information Technology, Southwest Jiaotong University, University of Electronic Science and Technology, and Chengdu Young Education Consulting Co., Ltd, China. 147 delegates from ten countries and regions including China, Germany, Hong Kong, Philippines, South Korea, Singapore, Taiwan, United Arab Emirates, UK, and United States gathered together at this meeting. 

第二届人工智能与大数据国际会议(简称ICAIBD 2019)在成都西藏饭店成功召开。会议由四川省计算机学会及四川大学计算机学院联合主办,成都信息工程大学、电子科技大学、西南交通大学和亚昂教育咨询有限公司共同协办。来自中国、 美国、英国、韩国等10个国家和地区的众多专家学者和研究人员齐聚一堂就“人工智能与大数据”这一主题,通过专题报告、分会场口头报告和海报展出等方式,进行了深入地交流与研讨。

The conference was opened by Chinese famous academician, Dr. Zhang Jingzhong on May 26 morning, and then Dr. Dr. Wang Xiaoyu, executive director of Sichuan Province Computer Society, Prof. Zhou Jiliu, President of Chengdu University of Information Technology, and Dr. Zhou Liping, Vice President of Sichuan Science and Technology Association delivered opening remarks.

The keynote speech session started with Prof. WANG Jun (Fellow of IEEE & IAPR) from City University of Hong Kong, who talked about  Collaborative Neurodynamic Optimization Approaches to Nonnegative Matrix Factorization.  Next, Prof. Tan Ying from Peking University, China   shared with us Research Progress in Swarm Intelligence, Fireworks Algorithm and Applications. The final keynote speech was given by Prof. Yao Liang from Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis, United States, and his topic is Multiresolution Learning: A 20-Year Perspective.

开幕式上,本届会议大会名誉主席、中国科学院院士、著名数学家张景中教授宣布第二届人工智能与大数据国际会议开幕,四川省计算机学会执行理事长、中国科学院成都计算机应用研究所所长王晓宇,成都信息工程大学校长周激流 ,四川省科协副主席周利平分别作大会致辞,对国内外前来出席会议的专家学者表示热烈欢迎,并对人工智能与大数据的未来发展表达了美好期许。IEEE Fellow, 香港城市大学王钧教授、北京大学的谭营教授和美国印第安纳大学-普渡大学印第安纳波利斯联合分校梁耀教授分别做了精彩的专题学术报告,扎实的学科知识与严谨的学术作风感染着在座的每位聆听者,引发现场的阵阵掌声。

ICAIBD 2019 received 126 paper submissions in total, from which we have accepted 74 research papers included in the proceedings. The conference  papers were divided into 9 parallel breakout sessions (8 oral presentation sessions and 1 poster session), and 8 best presentation winners were selected. The delegates conducted in-depth exchanges and discussions from the 8 main topics, including  Pattern Recognition,  Data Mining, Data Classification and Detection, Data Analysis, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Computer Vision, and Computer and Communication Networks.

本次会议投稿论文总计126篇,经过专家审核、挑选,最终有74篇正式收录至本次会议论文集。大会就 模式识别,数据挖掘,数据分类和检测,数据分析,人工智能,机器学习,计算机视觉, 计算机和通信网络八大主题设置了8个口头报告分会场以及一个海报展示分会场,为与会者提供了充分的、形式多样的交流与展示的机会。会场上,与会代表们结合个人论文和自身研究的学术技术问题做了精彩的报告,听众积极参与讨论,会议现场学术气氛热烈。各分会场通过个人口头报告、专家点评、听众提问讨论等环节,最终各选出一篇最佳报告。
